Yoshinogawa Echigo Junmai Sake on the pallet is
silky, barely sweet. Offering from the oldest sake brewery in Niigata
Prefecture, The brewery was found in 1548 and retains many of its age old
practices, also incorporating changes in the world today.
I found the Yoshinogawa Enchigo Junmai Sake to
have a very subtle citrus flavor which blends wonderfully with the lightly
sweet notes from the rice. Smooth and Silky, this sake pairs wonderfully with
spiced up beef fajitas.
